Position Description
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Summary ANTHC is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role owns all talent-related activities for assigned business groups, from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding. Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring plans with business goals Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and hiring decisions
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related field
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems
