Privacy Policy & Participant Data Security
Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) commitment to job seeker privacy, data minimization, and secure workforce system architecture.
1. Clear Separation of Public Activity and Confidential CITC Data
Alaska Native Hire strictly separates public job seeker browsing from confidential Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) 477 program intake and case management records. Browsing job listings, downloading PDF guides, and exploring resources do not require disclosure of confidential personal health or financial information.
2. Information We Collect
When you voluntarily register a profile or submit an inquiry, we collect basic contact information (name, email address, telephone number, region, and optional tribal affiliation credentials). Employer representatives submit organizational details and legal preference attestations.
3. Data Retention & Privacy Rights
Job seekers maintain full control over their account status. You can switch your resume visibility to "Inactive" at any time to hide your profile from employer searches while retaining your stored credentials for future use. Account deletion requests can be initiated directly via Account Settings or by contacting CITC Support.
4. Contact CITC Privacy Compliance
For inquiries regarding data governance, contact Cook Inlet Tribal Council Privacy Officer at 3600 San Jeronimo Dr, Anchorage, AK 99508 or via email at eric.milliken@citci.org.
