CITC Employment & Training Services (ETS)

Personalized career navigation, resume funding, and job placement support

CITC ETS partners with Alaska Native and American Indian job seekers living in the Cook Inlet region. Participants receive one-on-one career coaching, barrier removal funds (work clothing, tools, licensure fees), and direct introductions to verified employer partners.

Alaska Tribal Construction & Trades Apprenticeship

Paid hands-on apprenticeships in heavy machinery, electrical, and carpentry

Direct pipeline into high-wage construction trades in partnership with Alaska Native corporations, labor unions, and regional contractors.

Eligibility: High school diploma/GED, valid driver license, physically capable of construction tasks.
