Business Development & Contracts Manager Ounalashka Corporation Location: Anchorage, Alaska (Location Negotiable) Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Drive Growth. Ounalashka Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Contracts Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and support the continued success of the Corporation and its federal contracting subsidiary. This unique role combines business development, capture management, relationship building, contract administration, and compliance oversight to help expand business opportunities and strengthen long-term organizational success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, develop strategic partnerships, pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to the economic future of an Alaska Native Corporation and its shareholders. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Coordinate proposal development efforts and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Prepare capability statements, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Monitor contract performance requirements, deadlines, deliverables, and modifications.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, reporting requirements, and risk management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Contract Management, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
