This is a unique opportunity to guide a respected nonprofit at the intersection of workforce innovation, community impact, and statewide collaboration. The CEO will serve as both a strategic leader and public ambassador—advancing programs that create meaningful, lasting outcomes for individuals, families, and communities across Alaska. As CEO, you will lead the organization with clarity, purpose, and accountability. Key areas of focus include: Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Board of Directors to define and execute a forward-looking vision aligned with Alaska’s evolving workforce needs
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- As CEO, you will lead the organization with clarity, purpose, and accountability. Key areas of focus include:
- 5–10+ years of executive leadership experience, ideally within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Experience working closely with a Board of Directors
- Experience with fundraising, grants, and government funding strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action
