Position Description
Ounalashka Corporation Location: Unalaska, Alaska (Relocation Required) Compensation: $180,000 - $240,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits, Housing & Vehicle Provided Lead the Future of Ounalashka Corporation Ounalashka Corporation, an Alaska Native Village Corporation established under ANCSA, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help shape the future of the organization and its operating businesses. The COO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence, support business growth, oversee the corporation's lands and leasing portfolio, and advance initiatives that create long-term value for shareholders and the Unalaska community. This is a unique executive leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional who combines strong business acumen, operational leadership, relationship-building skills, and a passion for community impact. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic objectives and drive organizational performance. Provide executive oversight of the corporation's land, leasing, and asset management activities.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Develop and mentor leaders while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Public Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for operations, property management, business administration, project management, or related functions.
- Significant experience in the leasing and management of real property in Alaska.
