Position Description
Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Under the direct supervision of the Operations and Inventory Supervisor, the primary functions of this position is to keep the hotel in a clean and orderly condition, while tending to minor maintenance duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (and other duties as assigned) Maintains building by performing minor maintenance activities or routine painting, trim replacement, weather stripping, secure fixtures, reboot cable boxes, relocation of furniture, etc. Notifies management concerning need for repairs or additions to lighting, heating, plumbing, electrical or ventilating equipment and follows-up. Cautions tenants regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property.

- High school or equivalent certification.
- One (1) year of hotel clerical or administrative experience.
