BGC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Administrator to support Alaska-based projects while providing administrative support for the launch and ongoing growth of BGC’s Anchorage office and team. This role will begin as a ‘work from home’ position for a candidate located in Anchorage, Alaska, and will transition to a fully in-office position following the opening of BGC’s Anchorage office. You will work closely with Project Managers, Admin Leads, administrative teammates and staff across all BGC offices in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Project and Field Logistics Coordinate field crew logistics, including resource and vehicle tracking, travel, and accommodations. Maintain project team calendars, including milestones, deliverables, vacations, field schedules, and travel. Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items. Source and coordinate field-related equipment, supplies, and vendor services, including shipping and receiving. Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Apply project specific document control requirements to maintain the quality of project deliverables.
  • Required Education, Experience & Competencies
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in administration.
  • Have a common-sense approach and sound critical thinking skills.

Overview & Salary

Compensation $60,000 - $75,000 + Full Benefits
