Position Description
Industrial Program General Foreman The Industrial Program General Foreman is responsible for providing front-line leadership and supervision to field crews engaged in conveyor belt installations, rubber repair, and related process maintenance activities for mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. The General Foreman supports the Industrial Program Superintendent by coordinating daily work activities, mentoring tradespeople, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety. Supervise and coordinate crews performing conveyor belt installation, splicing, rubber lining, and repair services. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with project plans, safety requirements, and client specifications. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to crew members. Support the Superintendent in implementing schedules, managing resources, and meeting project deadlines.

- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Advanced knowledge of the industrial, mining, and oil & gas construction industries and demonstrated ability to read and interpret contracts, proposals, and other related documents.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and team-members in a professional manner.
