As Project Manager I, you will work onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and financial oversight of small-scale design/build and construction projects throughout Alaska. This role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, within scope, and in full compliance with contract requirements. You will also support higher-level Project Managers and contributes to project development, reporting, and client communication. The position requires periodic travel to remote job sites. Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and day-to-day oversight.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Analyze project profitability, revenue, and margins and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Verify that work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations, as well as contract-specific requirements.
  • Seek and participate in development and training opportunities to enhance project management skills and industry knowledge.
