As the Project Manager, you will work onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and financial oversight of multiple complex construction projects. Projects include both design/build and design-bid-build for Federal clients. This role requires a strong leader who can deliver projects on time, within budget, safely, and in strict compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and client expectations. You will also support the Company’s strategic growth efforts by helping to estimate and solicit subcontractor proposals during the pre-construction phase. Additionally, you may serve as a resource and mentor to other project management team members and support staff. During project’s startup and expansion phase, this position will be expected to take on multiple roles as needed to support successful project delivery and organizational growth. Coordinate all awarded project aspects, including estimating, bidding, reporting, client interface, timeline, and day-to-day oversight.
