Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Execute project work in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, schedules, and company quality standards.
- Regularly communicate with Project Management and Procurement & Logistics regarding project status, material requirements, equipment needs, schedule updates, and field conditions.
- Delegate work assignments based on employee skill level, project priorities, and changing field conditions.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and safe work practices among all crew members.
- Support and enforce the Company's Health and Safety Program and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, customer requirements, and project-specific safety plans.
