- Qualifications, Education & Experience:
- 5–10 years of progressive law enforcement leadership experience, preferably in Alaska.
- Previous command-level experience (Lieutenant, Captain, Deputy Chief, or Chief) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and extensive law enforcement experience may be considered.
