Food and Beverage Supervisor

Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and coordinating food and beverage operations within Chin’an Gaming Hall, including assisting in managing budgets, ensuring exceptional guest service, assisting in developing menus, and managing inventory, as well as ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and full compliance with regulatory and gaming standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverages, demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, and has a proven track record of overseeing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist in overseeing daily operations of all casino food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounge areas. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and guest service.
