Position Description

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing meals in accordance with our established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations. This role includes prepping ingredients, ensuring accurate meal portions, cooking menu items, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. We are seeking an individual with prior experience in the food service industry who is dedicated to delivering exceptional food presentations and garnishing. Attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace are essential to creating an impressive dining experience and encouraging repeat business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Ability to acquire a Food Handlers card prior to employment.
  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role with strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety.
  • Skilled in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, broilers, and fryers.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
