Position Description
The Security Officer will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests, protecting assets of the casino and supporting the Security Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with activities regarding guest and team member safety, gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. Help enforce local, state, and federal regulations and aid when needed. Write incident reports, ensuring accurate handling of information according to company standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to think creatively and work with supervisors, peers, and other subordinates on a team approach to solve problems which cross departmental boundaries.
- Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Previous security experience preferred
- The ability to remain calm during adverse situations.
- Ability to use personal protective equipment.
