Position Description
The Surveillance Observer acts as the oversight agent for management and customers of this casino. Is responsible for monitoring the casino floor, cage, all drop/count process as well as all the cameras located outside and the back of the house. Provide daily written activity reports, to include any violations, and suspicious activities to the manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Protect the company’s best interest. Monitor the current activity in and around the casino. Review video of recent activity to research matters at hand.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Previous experience with digital surveillance equipment is preferred.
- Experience with IT systems, hardware including switches, wiring and desktop PCs and software including server infrastructure and active directory preferred.
- Must have a basic understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
- The ability to read and recognize questionable behavior by both customers and employees.
