Position Description
Residential Maintenance Technician Looking for a jack-of-all-trades who likes working with a team and enjoys troubleshooting a variety of property challenges. Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is looking for skilled Residential Maintenance Technicians ( also known as Mechanics) to help support and maintain our portfolio of residential properties. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks, helping ensure our residential buildings and community spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents. This is a hands-on, field-based role working both independently and as part of a property team to deliver high-quality service across multiple residential sites. A combination of self-directed and collaborative property management work with a skilled team of maintenance mechanics under the direction of a highly organized, straight forward manager.
