Case Manager - Family Contact

Position Description

Job Title: Case Manager - Family Contact The Case Manager oversees supervised family interactions within a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and youth referred to CITC's Family Contact Program by the Office of Children's Services (OCS). This role schedules and coordinates visitation between children in out-of-home placements and their biological parents, foster parents, extended family members, and other approved individuals.  The Case Manager develops opportunities that provide direct supervision and parental coaching to support healthy family engagement and reunification efforts. The position plays a critical role in maintaining child safety while fostering family connections and promoting successful reunification outcomes.
