Position Description

Clinical Manager - Ernie Turner Center Department: Recovery and Reentry Reports To: Director/Sr Director, Recovery & Reentry The Clinical Manager provides clinical oversight for assigned programs within Recovery and Reentry, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented services that align with CITC's mission to develop opportunities that fulfill our people's endless potential. This position serves as a clinical leader who strengthens the integration of operational and clinical best practices while maintaining 10% direct service provision. The Clinical Manager ensures all services meet State and Federal requirements, supports staff through supervision and training, and monitors program outcomes to drive positive change. Working in partnership with Program Managers, this role creates a unified leadership presence that promotes participant-driven care and maintains the highest standards of ethical service delivery. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Deliver direct clinical services to participants for 10% of worked hours, maintaining active clinical skills and participant connection.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts, de-escalate crises, and support staff through challenging clinical situations.
