Position Description
Clinical Manager, Recovery & Reentry Department: Recovery and Reentry Reports To: Director/Sr Director, Recovery & Reentry The Clinical Manager provides clinical oversight for assigned programs within Recovery and Reentry, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented services that align with CITC's mission to develop opportunities that fulfill our people's endless potential. This position serves as a clinical leader who strengthens the integration of operational and clinical best practices while maintaining 10% direct service provision. The Clinical Manager ensures all services meet State and Federal requirements, supports staff through supervision and training, and monitors program outcomes to drive positive change. Working in partnership with Program Managers, this role creates a unified leadership presence that promotes participant-driven care and maintains the highest standards of ethical service delivery.
