Position Description

Reports To: Operations/Sr Operations Manager The Clinician delivers individualized clinical interventions to meet the unique needs of CITC participants across the continuum of care, providing mental health and substance use treatment through individual, group, and family therapy. This position directly supports CITC's mission to develop opportunities that fulfill our people's endless potential by delivering strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. Key responsibilities include direct client care, education, screening, treatment planning, crisis intervention, service coordination, and active collaboration as a member of each participant's treatment team. The role requires clinical expertise, cultural competency, and dedication to helping Alaska Native and American Indian participants achieve wellness and recovery.   • Initiate involuntary psychiatric holds when clinically indicated, in accordance with Alaska State protocols and legal requirements.
  • Complete required training to enhance skills and improve quality of service delivery.
