Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Lead the strategic growth, expansion and innovation, and long-term sustainability of education programs to meet the evolving community needs and organizational priorities.
• Integrate career awareness, workforce readiness, leadership development, financial capability, entrepreneurship, and skill-building opportunities to prepare youth for post-secondary education, apprenticeships, vocational training, or employment.
• Establish strategic goals, performance measures, and accountability systems that monitor educational attainment and program effectiveness organization wide.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, follow-through, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
