Group Facilitator

Position Description

The Group Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting participants of Family Wellness parenting groups by promoting responsible parenting and enhancing child safety and well-being. This position involves co-planning and co-leading sessions that integrate instructional content with hands-on skill-building and group dialogue, all grounded in established curriculum. Working in partnership with our people, the Group Facilitator/Cultural Mentor helps develop opportunities that fulfill our endless potential by strengthening parenting skills, fostering self-sufficiency, and supporting overall family stability. Additionally, this role designs and leads community activities that build family connections and resilience, incorporating traditional practices, including subsistence-based tasks.
