Program Supervisor, Recovery & Reentry - Ernie Turner Center Job Title: Program Supervisor, Chanlyut Reports To: Program Manager, Chanlyut The Chanlyut Program Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all support positions, safety and security, and 24-hour coverage of the Chanlyut program and facility, with overall responsibility of all day-to-day operations at the residential program, including daily schedules, transportation, and participant activities aligned with CITC's vision, mission, and program goals. This position ensures adherence to federal and state regulations while utilizing the Therapeutic Community (TC) program model to provide comprehensive residential treatment services. Working in partnership with our people, the Program Supervisor helps develop opportunities that fulfill our endless potential by coordinating support services necessary for successful transitions and ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staffing shifts, oversee work therapy departments, and maintain facility operations that support participant recovery and wellness outcomes. - Supervise all cooking functions and employees to prepare menus, ensure kitchen equipment and sanitation are maintained, and meet all regulatory requirements.
