Position Description

Residential Support Staff - Ernie Turner Center (Sign-On Bonus) Job Title: Residential Support Staff I/II Job Type: Regular, Full-Time/Part-Time Sign-On Bonus and Location Allowance Available The Residential Support Staff plays a vital role on a multidisciplinary care team, providing essential support to participants throughout their recovery journey in a residential treatment setting. This position focuses on facilitating skill development, offering direct support within the milieu, and maintaining a safe, structured environment that promotes healing and growth. Working in partnership with our people, Support Staff apply trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented practices to develop opportunities that fulfill our endless potential. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to fostering personal growth and resilience through consistent, supportive, and strength-based interactions.
