Position Description
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to support daily operations at a remote camp on the North Slope of Alaska. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable living and common areas for camp residents. Housekeepers play an important role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional camp environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, and comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Location: Remote Camp, North Slope, Alaska Rotational Schedule: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off; varies by job site Work shifts: 12 hours/day (40 hrs straight time + 44 hrs OT per work week). Travel: Flights between Anchorage and the job site are arranged and paid for by the company Housing & Meals: Included (free)
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work rotational schedules with extended time away from home
- Ability to live in a camp or dormitory-style setting, including sharing a room if required
- Ability to remain on your feet for long shifts and perform repetitive physical tasks, including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
