First National is seeking a Business Support Specialist to actively inventory, catalog and maintain the bank’s enterprise database systems. Position works closely with Information Technology, Information Security, application support teams and business units to implement and maintain database solutions that support the bank. Duties may include: Implements and monitors database maintenance plans, including 3rd party applications Targets index fragments at <= 5% on a daily basis Monitors database availability, capacity, performance and overall health Leads projects related to database security, modernization and encryption
