Work Location: 201 Deermount St, Ketchikan, AK 99901 Salary Range $75,242.88 - $112,864.34 Salary Position Type Regular Full-Time Category Behavioral Health Job Summary The Substance Use Disorder Program Manager provides primary oversight of daily operations of the Substance Use Disorder program.  Develops policies and procedures to ensure adequate and focused treatment modalities clients.  Provides continual evaluation in an effort to improve service delivery consistent with quality improvement principles and practices to maintain state and federal licensure and certification. Responsible for the continual development of staff and program services to ensure the provision of culturally-responsive services. Provide general, daily oversight of program services. Delivers professional substance use disorder treatment and referral services.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ensures staff development through training plans and staff certification development plans.
  • Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of social problems experienced by Alaska Natives and American Indians.
  • Knowledge and ability to carry out federal confidentiality rules for clients seeking substance abuse services.
  • Ability to provide substance abuse treatment services in a clinical and community-based setting.
