Key Requirements & Qualifications
- AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage
- Potential temporary housing assistance for relocating employees, based on availability
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting quality and safety expectations
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one (1) to three (3) years of experience and/or training in building maintenance, groundskeeping, carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
- Trade certifications, vocational training, or an Associate degree preferred
