Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage
  • Potential temporary housing assistance for relocating employees, based on availability
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting quality and safety expectations
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one (1) to three (3) years of experience and/or training in building maintenance, groundskeeping, carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
  • Trade certifications, vocational training, or an Associate degree preferred
