Position Description
Certified Nurse's Aide *Free Health Insurance* Title: Certified Nurse’s Aide Pay Grade: 24 Program: Long Term Care Status: Non-Exempt Housing Priority: None BCU: Yes Provides quality care nursing to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Tends to the residents needs while following the residents care plan in implementing specific procedures and treatments to programs and coordinates work with team members. Reports pertinent information to the licensed nurse. Assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support program operations. Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere with residents, resident’s families, visitors and staff. Reports directly to the Long Term Care Director of Nursing or designee. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned.
