Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed physicians provide clinical care for patients living in the Northwest Arctic Borough and Pt. Hope, Alaska. When necessary, subspecialty consultation is usually obtained from specialists in Anchorage and/or Fairbanks.
- M.D. or D.O., from accredited medical school. Unrestricted Physician License (Commissioned Corps-any state including Puerto Rico).
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics and with ER experience
- Increases depending on experience, education and as determined by the hiring manager.
