Coordinated Campaign Organizing Managers Description: The Alaska Democratic Party is seeking dedicated Organizers to organize communities across Alaska in 2026. We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals who are committed to building the grassroots organizing operation needed to elect Mary Peltola to the U.S. Senate and Democrats up and down the ballot. Organizing Managers will report directly to a Regional Organizing Director. This is a full-time position based in Alaska. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of volunteers and part-time fellows (in certain areas) across Alaska to conduct direct voter contact; Coordinate volunteer events including but not limited to in person canvasses, phone banks, and community meetings; Utilize a number of tactics and tools to hit daily and weekly metric goals;
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Create a positive volunteer experience that engages new people in the volunteer process and keeps people engaged throughout the cycle.
- Previous campaign experience as staff or volunteer preferred but not required.
- Ability to track and report data in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Access to a car, cell phone, laptop, and ability to easily travel.
