Key Requirements & Qualifications
- AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage

- Graduate of a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Dental Association, resulting in a Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must hold an unrestricted license to practice dental hygiene in the State of Alaska
