Position Description
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5p.m. COMPENSATION: $40.22/hour + DOE + Benefits, Non-Exempt Permanent Full-Time Position Ilisagvik College is rooted in the ancestral homeland of the Iñupiat. The Travel Coordinator is responsible for all reservations and purchases of travel for student activities, staff, faculty and contractors required by the College including (but not limited to) air fare, lodging, car rentals, conference registrations and per diems in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in travel procedures.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet extremely tight deadlines and accept other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Experience monitoring travel requisitions and purchase orders.
