Position Description
BP Energy Center Operations Associate Reports to: Director of Administration The BP Energy Center Operations Associate facilitates the client and attendee experience through exceptional customer service and attention to detail, and proactively performs the facility’s daily operational duties. This role is central to ensuring the BP Energy Center remains a welcoming, well-run resource for nonprofit organizations and community partners across Alaska. This position is an afternoon/evening shift from 11:30 am-8:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 am-5:30 pm Friday. Manage online, phone, and in-person reservation requests, following up with detailed communications for clients and staff. Initiate, edit, and track invoices for client reservations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Guide guests through policy and procedure information, ensuring a positive experience.
- A combination of at least two years of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Direct experience with a reservation system.
- M365 experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience connecting devices to projectors and digital displays.
