Alaska Satellite Facility (ASF) Temporary Employee - GI The Alaska Satellite Facility (ASF) is committed to making remote sensing data accessible, and we're seeking a temporary detail-oriented administrative assistant to help achieve our mission in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the administrative team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations for ASF, ensuring seamless workflow and contributing to the team's overall efficiency and success. The candidate should use their advanced knowledge of administrative practices to manage complex travel logistics, coordinate various events, and assist with purchasing and procard reconciliation. The candidate should have intermediate computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, database querying, and specialized software such as travel and/or purchasing systems.
