Position Description
Assistant Men's Ice Hockey Coach The Assistant Hockey Coach plays a vital role within our Athletics Department, supporting the Head Coach in all aspects of our hockey program's development and success. This includes practice planning, game strategy, player development, recruiting, and fostering a positive team culture. The position offers an exciting opportunity to mentor student-athletes and contribute to the continued growth and competitiveness of our hockey program. To excel in this role you should bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic and the ability to develop players both on and off the ice are key to success. Experience with recruitment, video analysis, and familiarity with league rules and compliance standards will further strengthen your impact in this role Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Three years previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level, preferably at NCAA Division I, II or III.
