- A successful candidate should encompass the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to teach effectively in an online environment. Knowledge of accepted instructional methods. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Familiar with computer and other technologies for instruction, such as Blackboard.
- Terminal degree (or its equivalent) as defined by the academic unit and as appropriate for the position held 3 years of relevant experience in the field or courses to be taught.
- This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position. Minimum salaries are set by the United Academic - Adjunct, AAUP-AT/AFL-CIO collective bargaining agreement. Salaries may vary based upon education and experience.
