Your Key Responsibilities: • Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ProCard/Travel Card Programs. • Account Maintenance: Manage card accounts, ensuring they adhere to university policies. • Training & Support: Provide essential training and support to cardholders and approving officials. • Fraud Prevention: Analyze transactions to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential fraud. • Auditing & Improvement: Conduct regular audits and recommend process enhancements. • Relationship Building: Maintain professional relationships with vendors, departments, and auditors. Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field and two years business experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A Certified Procurement Card Professional (CPCP) certification or other procurement certification is preferred.
