Position Description
The Effective Behavior Interventions Clinic is a growing clinic seeking an experienced, personable, and energetic person, ready for the challenges and rewards of working with diverse teams of direct caregivers, family members, and community providers supporting individuals with challenging behaviors. This unique consultative role allows for the connection across different providers. • Have 3 years experience providing behavior analytic supports to individuals in home, community, or school settings • Have 2 years experience developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans • Have 2 years experience providing training or technical assistance to individuals, families, or providers individually or in group settings • Use applied behavioral science with relevant postgraduate professional experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Holds the national certification to practice behavior analysis by the BACB and the ability to be licensed in Alaska by date of hire.
