The University of Alaska Anchorage is recruiting for a CRM Marketing Manager to work with our Enrollment Services department. The CRM Marketing Manager is a key member of the Enrollment Services team, responsible for managing and optimizing the university's Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms to support student recruitment, admissions, and advancement initiatives. This position combines technical CRM administration with strategic enrollment marketing, collaborating across departments and University of Alaska campuses to develop automated communication campaigns, maintain data integrity, improve business processes, and deliver actionable insights. To thrive in this role the applicant should be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with experience administering Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, managing data, and developing automated communications. They are an organized problem solver who can balance multiple priorities, build strong relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and use technology to improve processes and support student success. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business or related field and three years of progressively responsible experience relevant to the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Key Requirements & Qualifications
