The Office of the Bursar is a focal point for financial and business matters on campus. It serves a very large number of students, faculty, staff, agencies, and the general public in a wide range of activities. The quality of service provided is often a determining factor in the perception of the university as a whole. The successful candidate will need to possess the following experience and skills: • Work experience in an entry-level fiscal position or equivalent. College coursework may substitute for experience. • Knowledge of UA policies, procedures, and computer systems as applies to students, accounts receivable, and finance.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- The successful candidate will need to possess the following experience and skills:
- • Work experience in an entry-level fiscal position or equivalent. College coursework may substitute for experience.
- • Ability to operate standard business machines, 10-key, computers, and computer software.
- • Must possess good analytical/problem solving skills and oral/written communication skills (spelling, grammar, composition).
- • Ability to work independently and productively as a team member.
