In this role, you will direct end-to-end departmental operations: leading budget strategy, human resource workflows, course offerings, and administrative personnel to maintain seamless, high-integrity service. What You'll Do *Lead Fiscal Management & Budgeting: Develop, forecast, and manage multi-fund budgets including general funds, grants, tuition revenue, and foundation accounts while overseeing purchasing and financial compliance. *Manage Academic & Program Operations: Direct course scheduling, enrollment tracking, workload planning, accreditation systems, Title II reporting, facilities, and departmental records. *Direct HR & Personnel Administration: Function as the primary HR Coordinator overseeing recruitment, appointment processes, labor agreements, contract generation, and timesheets across faculty and staff. *Supervise & Empower Staff: Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and mentor administrative staff, building a supportive, high-accountability team environment.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have demonstrated supervisory experience, including responsibility for directing and evaluating the work of employees.
- Must have progressively responsible experience in at least two of the following areas: fiscal management, human resources, organizational operations, student or academic services, compliance, or program administration.
