As our Fiscal and Admin Support team member, you'll play a key role in helping highly skilled researchers and operations staff focus on innovation, while you accurately and efficiently help with procurement, finance, and administrative duties. You'll collaborate with a supportive administrative team, following standard processes while sharing office responsibilities. Every day brings variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of knowing your work matters. We're looking for someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with strong customer service and communication skills. Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • ACUASI is looking for a detail-oriented team player to fill the Fiscal Support role under the Financial Office to aid our highly skilled operations department, which is regularly pushing research boundaries.
  • As a public, regional, comprehensive university, UAF welcomes applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • College coursework in Accounting or related field and one year entry-level accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • *A valid Alaska Driver's License and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.
