Your work shapes the policies, controls, and risk‑mitigation strategies that protect the organization across states and countries. With deep expertise and sharp analytical insight, you partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors to build seamless, compliant systems that scale with organizational growth. From overseeing payroll tax accuracy to driving policy development, coordinating cross‑functional compliance efforts, and supervising a team dedicated to remote‑work and global‑employment support, you're at the center of the organization's most complex and strategic workforce decisions. Your dashboards, audits, and trend analyses guide leadership, reduce risk, and keep the organization ahead of regulatory change.
