Position Description
Maintenance & Warehouse Associate Reports to: Service Manager Status: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Fairbanks, AK Compensation: $20.53-$26.70 DOE JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance & Warehouse Associate supports both customer service and warehouse functions by performing scheduled hot tub water changes, water testing, and routine maintenance at customer locations. This role assists technicians with service repairs, deliveries, and installations while ensuring products and equipment are transported safely and efficiently. This is an entry-level position that requires professionalism, customer service, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. Operate company vehicles to support with deliveries, pickups, and service-related transportation needs. Perform hot tub water changes, routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure products are operating safely and efficiently.
