Member Service Representative I - Frontline Golden Valley Electric Association Join Golden Valley Electric Association as a Member Services Representative I – Frontline in Fairbanks, Alaska, and serve as a primary point of contact for GVEA members. In this role, you will help members establish and manage accounts, process payments, understand usage and billing, and navigate service-related questions with professionalism and care. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist members during routine and high-stress situations, including outages and disconnects, while providing accurate information and dependable service. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Two years’ experience working in a direct customer service related capacity in a service industry.
- At least one year of cash handling experience.
