Proposal Coordinator - The Office of Proposal Development (OPD) The Office of Proposal Development (OPD) is seeking two Proposal Coordinators to join our dynamic team! OPD is a shared services unit offering administrative support for pre-award research development operating within the Geophysical Institute at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Having experience in proposal development would be very beneficial, but it is not required. Associate's degree and two years progressively responsible experience related to grant proposal development, or an equivalent combination of training and expertise.

- Associate's degree and two years progressively responsible experience related to grant proposal development, or an equivalent combination of training and expertise.
- Candidates that do not possess a degree or two years of progressively responsible experience but have at least two or all of the following skills and/or knowledge will be considered:
- Computer knowledge of Mac or Windows compatible computers; general accounting understanding for budget preparation, and/or prior fiscal tech experience. Advanced software knowledge of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
