SBO Human Resources Coordinator The Signers' Business Office (SBO) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is looking for an HR Coordinator who's ready to make an impact! If you're organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, this could be the role for you. As an HR Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations while partnering with faculty, staff, students, and hiring managers across the university. From helping managers navigate the hiring process to solving payroll puzzles and keeping HR processes on track, no two days are quite the same. You'll bring your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit to a role where your work truly matters.
